Selling lease

My fiancé is moving in with me after we get married, so we’re looking for someone to take over his lease through the end of September (7 months) at $1,088/month, including utilities and amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, etc.). There is one roommate who is a medical student at Mayo Clinic. Seeking a male roommate for faith-based reasons.

The apartment is 7–10 minutes from campus and available March 1 (early move-in possible; February is already paid).

The apartment is a two-bedroom, fully furnished condo with a kitchen, living room, dining area, washer and dryer, and full bathroom.
