Semi-furnished Room 12 min walk from Mayo Downtown Rochester (400$)

I am a research trainee at mayo and I am leaving my room. It's rent is 400$ a month with water electricity included, you need to pay 15$ for wifi. Security deposit is 400$. If you want to stay short term, it's available from mid june to 1st August, if you want long term you can extend the lease for another year after that. The room has a bed, table chair, a shelf and a dresser included. House has many utensils you need to cook. There are 2 research trainees in other rooms. House has been occupied by mayo trainees for quite some years, house is infront of Samaritan Bethany, a care provider for senior people, point being it is quite safe, I have walked at 3 in night to home.
