Seperation Anxiety in 8 month old

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some advice, I know it will get better in time but for now my 8 Month old is having a really rough time with separation anxiety. I am working full-time and he is just crying and whining all day at daycare. He is fine and the happiest little boy when he is with me but not even dad can help with calming him down. If he does not see me he gets really upset. I am wondering if there is anything that I can do to help him cope with me being away from him during the day?
