Hi! One of our roommates transferred unexpectedly so we have a great space available now. We can furnish if needed. Share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Transportation to Mayo campuses is 4-doors away. Very safe area; quiet & peaceful – perfect for those of us who are busy and need a peaceful space to recharge. We don't have pets, we don't smoke in the house. All female. Very clean.
Living area is furnished and I can furnish the bedroom if needed. Attached garage, large open kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, laundry room. $575 rent if paid on time. You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash and 1/3 of Wifi. Snow: share shoveling duty or pitch-in to pay for shoveling.
