I have a room available for you with a share bathroom.
I live very close to Mayo Clinic, 5 minutes by car, 15 by bike and 35 walking.
All utilities are included. Also you have access to the community amenities, pool, tennis, basketball and soccer court.
You have access to the kitchen and laundry room. And a bike is provided for transportation, included in the price.
I have a lease agreement and request a one month deposit that will be returned when you depart.
The rent is $1,000 usd per month.
