Shared Apartment Opening Feb. 1

Hello, my name is Kate (she/her) and I am currently completing a chaplaincy residency at Mayo in Rochester. My partner (Jenn they/them) and I currently live in the Quarry Ridge apartments very close to Mayo's campus and we have a room available for rent. Our current roommate is finding her own place, so we have space to fill! Approximate monthly rent would be $595 for your own bedroom and private bath (with a walk-in closet). There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

The home, other than the second bedroom, is furnished. There is also a shuttle at the complex for an additional $40 a month that goes to and from Mayo campuses 5 days a week.

We are both homebodies, so please feel free to join us to watch shows or hangout. We are quiet, clean, and respectful of all shared spaces and would enjoy someone to be the same. Although we love animals, we do have 3 cats (all very friendly) and cannot take anymore pets in the unit.
