shared apartment spot available in Rochester March - June

After my flatmate moved in with his girlfriend, I’m looking for a new roommate to share a two-room apartment located just a 3-minute walk from the main campus of Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

The rent is $810 per month, and all utilities are included (heating, electricity, and internet). The available room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space in both cabinets and the refrigerator. Common areas are shared and kept tidy.

I’m a PhD student at Mayo Graduate School and usually spend weekdays in the lab, so the apartment is generally quiet during the day.
