Shared space available mid-October - Rochester

Hi! One of our housemates will be moving mid October; so we have a great space available. Share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Free transportation to Mayo campuses is 4-doors away. Very safe area; quiet & peaceful – perfect for those of us who are busy and need a relaxing space to recharge. We don't have pets, we don't smoke in the house. Very clean.
Living area is furnished and I can furnish the bedroom if needed. Attached garage, private bedroom, shared: large open kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, laundry room. $625 if rent if paid on time (otherwise $650). You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash and 1/3 of Wifi. Snow: two share shoveling duty or we all pitch-in to pay for shoveling.
