Sharing An Apartment Near Eau Claire Mayo Clinic

Hi, I am starting at Eau Claire on July 1 as resident chaplain and looking for an apartment to share within walking distance at the hospital or short 5 minutes driving distance. If interested please email me if have a current place, a place in mind, or if you want we can look for an apartment together. I saw a 2BR Patio apartment (884 sq ft) at Half Moon Lakes apartment for $705 which includes water/sewer/trash lawn care and snow removal. If we share, we pay $355 each. Thanks.
