Short or long term room for Rent in NE Rochester!

My name is Karly and I have a house in NE Rochester. It is located just a block and a half away from a bus to down town and about a quarter mile to a path the Quarry hill park! We are also only 3 miles from down town. The room for rent is located in the basement of a three bedroom two bathroom house. My boyfriend, our dog, two guinea pigs and I live on the upper level so you would have your own space the basement. The kitchen is shared along with the large back yard, home exercise equipment, laundry room and the communal living spaces. No cats allowed but dogs are negotiable. Rent is 700 a month all utilities included. I am open to month to month leases or longer. Please let me know if you are at all interested. Room can be available as soon as needed.
