Short Term Renting Options near Mayo, Phoenix

I'm looking for a short term renting option near the Mayo, Phoenix campus in September (for the month). Open to sharing, but prefer something that's at a walkable distance from campus since I do not have a car. Any leads would be much appreciated. Thank you!
