Short Term Sublease opening

Hello all! I have a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment that I'm looking to sublease the second bedroom of this summer (opening May 1st) for a female roomate. I'm thinking of doing a short term sublease (3-4 months) but am open to something else. It's 7 minutes to St. marys, 5 minutes downtown, 5 minutes from a shuttle for Mayo employees. I do have a dog, a 7 year old lab mix who is super loving and friendly. Rent would be 600 + 1/2 of utilities a month (about 100 or so). You would get an uncovered parking spot and laundry in unit.
