The house has a split-level entrance when you walk in, and the lower-level furnished master bedroom would be yours.

The house is located right across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital (literally a 2-minute walk) and a block away from bus/shuttle stations, Fresh Thyme grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Ideal for residents, fellows, travel nurses, or nurses who work/study at the Mayo Clinic.

The main level has a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate basic cooking.

In-unit washer/dryer, dishwashing machine/Microwave, and AC. Street parking is available in the neighborhood for $35/per year.

Rent is $800/mo + half the utility which usually runs between 60 to 110 monthly.

-Must be able to pass a background check and rent history check through the management company to get on the lease.
