I’m Amber originally from Rochester ny lol but moving from South Carolina to mn !! I start march graduating from Galen college of nursing. Almost done with school in 3 and half weeks. Anyone know how the process of nclex for mn license process?

Welcome, Amber! Good luck with the rest of school and with your move to MN! For the NCLEX, I would advise you ask your school for help with this question. It has been a bit since I sat for my NCLEX, but at that time you just put MN as the state you would be practicing as a nurse. Hello! My name is Sanya and I am starting in the pediatric cardiac surgical ICU in March! I am so excited to learn from so many amazing nurses and start working with children. I am originally from St. Paul, but went to school in Chicago for my undergrad, and in Atlanta (Emory SON) for my graduate degree. I graduate in 11 days, and looking forward to moving back to MN. I enjoy hiking, running, lifting, swimming, walks, hot black coffee, painting, and going to church. Pretty much anything new and creative or outdoors. Looking forward to meeting many new people and starting our nursing journeys together. 🙂

Hi everyone! My name is Kayla and I am starting residency at the end of February in the cardiovascular OR! My husband and I are relocating to Rochester from Alaska, and I enjoy going to church, reading, drinking coffee and traveling! I graduated from nursing school at the beginning of November and I can’t wait to start working as a nurse! I’m looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you guys since I don’t know anyone in Minnesota!

Hi Sanya! I’m going into the cvor and we do peds cardiac congenital surgeries, so maybe we will cross paths during residency!

Hey everyone! I’m Nathan and I am from San Jose, California. I just graduated from Cal State Long Beach in August and am excited to start my residency at Mayo Rochester in February. Outside of the hospital, I love going on late night adventures, hitting the gym, and checking out new restaurants.
