Subleaser needed- Rochester MN

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublease our beautiful 3 bed, 1 bath house in NW Rochester with affordable rent. It is in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. It has updated appliances and a deck with a fully fenced in backyard. It is through the best rental company I have found in Rochester and I have rented 3 different places. They respond fast for maintenance requests or any emergencies that may arise. I am bummed to have to leave, but we are moving to the cities to be closer to family.
