Subleasing bottom portion of house - Rochester

Looking for someone to sublease. The house is on Silver Lake. Rent is $1145 everything is included besides wi-fi, which I split with the two ladies that live in the upstairs portion of the house. Off street parking. Reach out if you would like more information/see the place.

It is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Only laundry is shared with upstairs tenants. Sublease would be until end of May 2026. No pets or smoking are allowed.

Yes it is. My landlord did tell me that it will be $1195 now with a new lease though. Everything is still included in that price besides wifi. I just don't know how to edit a post.
