Subleasing my furnished apartment starting at the beginning of November 2025 through May 2026 (available earlier if needed). 2 bedroom/2bathroom at So Roc by South Target. Roommate is a nurse and very quiet! I am looking to leave my furniture as I will be traveling (includes couch, bed, mattress, nightstand), but can be removed at your request. Pets are allowed and my roommate has a small dog, very well trained and is usually with her or a sitter! This unit is in the new building and we are the first ones to live there, all appliances are new and work great! So Roc has great amenities including free uncovered parking, pool, hot tub, study room, dog park, and more! Very safe neighborhood with walking trails nearby.

Rent and Utilities $950 to $1,000 per month depending on utilities usage. (Excluding RPU ~ $30-$40/month) Pet rent is $25/month if bringing a pet!

There is a Mayo Clinic shuttle from So Roc daily.
