Summer Sublease in Rochester

Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to take over the rest of my lease from May to the end of August with the ability to sign on after August as well. There will be one unfurnished bedroom available in this two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment since my current roommate will be staying. It is approximately 10 min directly to downtown but a 4-minute drive to the Mayo Clinic park and ride at IBM. There is free parking for you in the lots and free off-street parking for guests as well.
