Takeover my Lease February 2023 $1250/mo

Hello,

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor, 1250$/mo, internet included, pet friendly (with underground parking option for an extra 50$/mo). Besides my rent, I pay around 60-80$/mo in utilities. Washer/dryer in unit, AC, dishwasher.

It is located at the Pines and have many additional amenities: club house, indoor pool, workout areas, playground, small dog park, hammocks, community grilling area--to name a few. Please search the Pines website for things I may have missed! You can also search "phase 1" or "spruce" for layout options.

I am looking for someone to takeover my lease starting in February 2023. I would prefer a move out of February 9th, but I am flexible. Can move out sooner or you can move in March or later.
