Third Female Roommate Needed From June 1st (~$800/month, Rochester)

Hello! I am looking for a third female to join a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN. My roommate and I work at Mayo. The apartment is a 6-minute drive from Mayo and conveniently located next to the Rochester Public Transit stop, where you can catch the 10-minute bus ride to Mayo/downtown.

Rent is approximately $800/month, including utilities. The apartment is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and offers great amenities, including an in-unit washer and dryer, access to a gym, pool, BBQ grill, study spaces, and a community lounge. We're also only a few minutes' walk from Cascade Lake - perfect for outdoor walks, runs, or unwinding after work.
