Two private rooms available from mid Aug. Rochester

Hi all, I am a fellow from the orthopedic surgery department. I have two bedrooms to rent.

Totally newly renovated house. Everything is new. it is a 3B1B. It has a big garage or you can park on the driveway. A small yard enough for BBQ.

Rent is around 650/month/room. Only need to share electricity and gas bills. All other expenses are covered.

It is located near 5th Ave SE and 9th St SE. Biking distance to Mayo or Walking distance to east parking lot shuttle.

Rent depends on how long you want to stay and most importantly, keep this house clean. One month's rent as a deposit is required.

I will provide some basic furniture, like a bed, mattress, a table, chair, etc.

You can text me at two two five, two three nine, 0401. Throw me questions, the worst scenario is just a NO. Not available for a tour until mid-Aug.

I wish for clean and quiet tenants and can even lower rent for responsible tenants (prob won't be much). If you also work at Mayo, that would be the best.
