Share well-lit lower level of home (not underground) with separate entry @1100 sq ft with one house mate. 3rd housemate (me) lives on separate level. Both rooms available for move-in Oct 2. Hardwood flooring, full newly built kitchen, two share one bath on this level of the house. Option for bedroom furniture, and attached garage. You have your own private bedroom & you share with one other female Mayo employee: Laundry room with new full-sized washer/dryer (laundry room shared 3-ways), bathroom, separate entry, large living area, kitchen. You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash,1/3 of wifi, and optional seasonal snow removal (we do or we pay to have done). $675 for larger room and $650 for smaller. Includes $25 monthly discount for paying on or before due date. Includes security system, radon detector, water softening system and yard maintenance.
