Two rooms available in 4 bed room 3.5 bathroom house @ downtown

We are looking for 2 roommates (male) in our rented house starting from July 1st. The house is located in the beautiful Pill Hill neighborhood, 5 mins walk to Mayo Subway and 8 mins walk to Mayo Clinic down town campus, 10 mins walk to Saint Mary’s Campus. It’s a nice 4 bedroom + 3.5 bathroom with a nice backyard. We have an availability in our big room on main level and one smaller room on the upper level. The rent of bigger room is 560 $+ utilities and small room is 500 $+ utilities, both are unfurnished. Currently its occupied by me (a 2nd year Mayo PhD.
