Visiting medical student looking for housing in August (Mayo Jax)
Hello! My name is Andrea and I am a medical student who will be doing a rotation at Mayo Jacksonville from end of july-end of august. I am looking for housing in the area if anybody knows of any available apartments. Thank you!

I have a room available starting on August 2025. I live in an upscale neighborhood just beside Mayo Clinic. It's 5 minutes by car, 15 on a bike and 35 minutes walking.
All utilities are included. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room, also the community amenities, pool, soccer, basketball, tennis court and two parks.
I have a lease agreement that I can send you to you email for your review and I request a one month deposit that will be return when you depart.
The rent is $950.00 us per month.
