Walk to Work! Furnished room near Mayo Clinic, Rochester

This is a fully furnished house in NW downtown area and few blocks to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester. We are currently two females in the house and looking for the 3rd roommate. We are neat and both work for Mayo. You are going to get a private room with 1/2 bathroom but we all share a living room, kitchen, dining area, basement and outdoor porch. Pet and smoking not allowed.
