What to wear to orientation

Hi everyone! I am attending the department of nursing orientation on Feb 15. I was wondering what to wear, either scrubs or business attire?

I was told to wear business casual. I am going to orientation that day too.

In Scottsdale I’m to wear suit, slacks or skirt. Business professional. It’s mostly for pic and quick orientation and then I go home to do the rest remotely. It’s not my “on unit” orientation
