I am new to Mayo Clinic, Rochester. I wonder if I can get ideas on winter time activities for exercise and fun, preferably family activity.

Check out http://www.qhnc.org/ Quarry Hill Nature Center - small indoor center to visit and/or read and they rent snowshoes or skis for snowy weather fun. Very kid friendly.
