Nurse Residency Program Group

This group is for the Rochester/MCHS/Florida Nurse Residency Program. The Nurse Residency Program at Mayo Clinic is a year-long professional development program that provides a supportive learning environment to enhance the transition from student to competent nurse to newly licensed nurses (RNs and LPNs). This is a great place to form connections with other residents going through their first year transition to professional nursing.
