Mayo Clinic strives to support you and your family's health and well-being with the Mayo Medical Plan, which provides high-quality coverage and care.
In 2025, Mayo Clinic will continue to offer three medical plan options to benefits-eligible staff to give you the flexibility to choose the one that best meets your needs.
During open enrollment from Nov. 1–15, benefits-eligible staff will have the opportunity to change to a different Mayo Medical Plan option, with coverage going into effect on Jan. 1, 2025. If you do not take action, your current medical plan election will remain in place for you and your covered dependents.
Enhancements to the 2025 Mayo Medical Plan options include an expanded, simplified Mayo Medical Plan Network. Options also include additional fertility coverage, with coinsurance reduced from 50% to 20% and an increased lifetime medical maximum of $25,000. Mayo also will cover the full cost of premium increases to support staff as they manage rising healthcare costs.
