Welcome to your online resource center for Open Enrollment 2026! Mayo Clinic is committed to providing the information you need to make informed choices regarding your benefit elections. Now is the time to perform your annual benefits checkup using the resources on this site so you are prepared for open enrollment, Nov. 1-15, 2025.

Open Enrollment for 2026 Benefits is November 1 - 15

To make your Open Enrollment elections, you must be logged in to a Mayo Clinic computer.  On the Mayo Clinic intranet homepage, click on Employee Connect then Manage Benefits/Pay.

During open enrollment you can:

  • Add or remove an eligible family member to your plans
  • Change or enroll in a medical, dental, vision, or voluntary benefits plan
  • Elect a Health Savings Account (Mayo Custom participants only)
  • Elect a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Add or increase life insurance coverage for you and your eligible dependents, up to
    certain limits, without completing Evidence of Insurability (EOI)
  • Elect or waive Legal Insurance
  • Pre-Elect to sell Paid Time Off (PTO) next year for 100% value (Allied Health Staff)
