Open Enrollment for 2026 Benefits is November 1 - 15
To make your Open Enrollment elections, you must be logged in to a Mayo Clinic computer. On the Mayo Clinic intranet homepage, click on Employee Connect then Manage Benefits/Pay.
During open enrollment you can:
- Add or remove an eligible family member to your plans
- Change or enroll in a medical, dental, vision, or voluntary benefits plan
- Elect a Health Savings Account (Mayo Custom participants only)
- Elect a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- Add or increase life insurance coverage for you and your eligible dependents, up to
certain limits, without completing Evidence of Insurability (EOI) - Elect or waive Legal Insurance
- Pre-Elect to sell Paid Time Off (PTO) next year for 100% value (Allied Health Staff)
