This mentoring program is designed for both seasoned and emerging mentors. The intention is to eliminate the guesswork from the process so mentors and mentees can concentrate on learning from one another. The mentor is not required to follow the instructional guides; however, they are intended to provide the structure to help each mentoring relationship succeed.
