Telestroke has become a critical component of modern stroke care, enabling neurologists to provide safe, timely, and effective treatment in a remote manner. As telestroke promotes equitable access to timely care, particularly for patients in underserved or remote areas, it is imperative that vascular neurology (VN) fellows are adequately trained to meet the growing demand for specialists in this field. Despite its importance, many VN fellows lack formal and standardized training in telestroke.
