Looking for a place to rent near Mayo Rochester, MN starting from June
Hey! I'm a recent graduate from India.
Looking to rent an affordable, fully furnished studio room/apartment for 6 months, starting from mid-May/June in Rochester, MN within walking distance to Mayo. I'm also open to sharing the rent with a roommate.

So the room will be private. The house is shared with 3 females and one male (all from India). All are very professional and are Mayo employees. Unfortunately, the room will be unfurnished, but the living space is furnished. Secondly, the lease to be signed will be for a year.
Ok that sounds great! However at the moment I am looking for a place for 6 months. And also can I get some information regarding the rent and also the distance to Mayo?
My apologies the only way would be if you sign for a year. The house is 1 min walk away from DAHLC and 4 mins away from Gonda building. The rent is 550 base and 90-100 for utilities including wifi, electricity, heating and waste disposal.
hi @rohailjameel94 ! Sorry, I couldn't get back to you sooner. But I just wanted to know if the room is still available. Everything seems to be a great fit, except for the lease duration, but I am still working out a possibility to extend my plans so that I can rent the room for an year.
And also do you have any idea of anyone looking for a roommate or any other information of an available room near to Mayo? I would highly appreciate any bit of information you can give me! Thanks in advance!
Hi, you're alright. The room is still available but the lease is a major thing since you will be signing with the others replacing me.

Hi, so someone is willing to takeover my room. I did find another room in the house with a shared bathroom the rent is 400 + utilities if you are interested.

You will be sharing with 2 other girls; the room is in the same house. One of the other housemates want to take over my room and give up her room.
