I am looking for a female roommate (preferably in late 20's, PhD-Post Doc) for a 2bed/1 bath apartment near Mayo both St Mary's and Gonda in Rochester, MN. I am a bit quiet yet friendly and considerate, like to keep things clean and be mindful of people around me. would love to have like-minded roommate to share the place with. the place is available from June 2026, and the lease would be for a year. rent is $490 + electric, coin operated washing machine.
