Can’t Wait - The Mystery Challenge Starts Tomorrow

Have you signed up for the well-being mystery challenge for September? I have! When I first heard of the idea, I thought, what a GREAT way to try new things in terms of my well-being. I can’t wait to get started and see what is in store for me. I am interested in hearing if others are doing it and what challenges they enjoyed, and what they found to be a real challenge throughout the month.

I signed up too. Have you gotten your first challenge yet. My acknowledgement email states that I will get the first challenge starting today, but since I so recently signed up, I'm not sure when that will come.

Same for me! But could be they haven't sent the challenge out yet. I figure we see what happens later today. Do you think it will be burpees??? lol!

I asked that question since the confirmation email told me to expect my first challenge on August 31st. I thought perhaps you had gotten it already, since you signed up earlier. I'm full of curiosity now!

I learned of a new one called the "manmaker," maybe we'll get one. I'm still trying to come up with one called woman-maker b/c what's up with that? I think it should involve tons of abdominals.

Possibly it's just no trouble for women 😉 I don't know where these names come from.

I love your thinking. 🙂

I have a bit of an inside scoop on the challenge and while I don't know what any of the daily challenges are, they will not be all physical in nature. Now I bet @BRechtzigel is really curious, huh?
