We have almost covered all of the domains. What has been your favorite challenge so far, @BRechtzigel and @mbear? Mine was definitely gaining the benefits of putting my electronics away for one hour prior to bedtime. Loved that! I have enjoyed them all!

Giving myself permission to enjoy a hobby (I read a book) was a fun one. And here I thought this would be all about "sweat equity"!
So your curiosity is finally being satisfied. 🙂 I love that the focus is on the whole person, demonstrating very clearly that the physical side is just one key part of our well-being.
I can't wait to actively listen to my boys talk about their second day of school today when we sit down for dinner.
We were at the cabin so the electronics challenge worked out perfectly! I'm thinking I should make this a regular thing at home...my son will probably revolt 😉
