Just started on July 2 and signed up for benefits that same day as well.

How/when do I get an insurance card? Who is our insurance through?

I'm trying to get some medication filled and would like to give my pharmacy my new insurance.

Hello! The Mayo Medical Plan is administered by Mayo Clinic Health Solutions. You should receive your card soon. If you need plan information ahead of receiving your card, please call their customer service line at 1-800-635-6671. Thank you and welcome!
