I am a week behind in starting, but look forward to getting going.
I learned a lot from your video – I love the 10% rule and the easy activities for before and after the training session.
To answer your questions for week 1:
1. Strengths – the desire to do more
2. Utilize strengths – capitalize on the desire and work hard
3. I need support of my family as doing this will require time. I also would love to find someone to do this with me as that is even better motivation. I will work on that. 🙂
