Looking for car

Hi,
My name is Jielu. I just came from Shanghai (China) and started my new life in Rochester. I will do basic research in kidney and hypertension department and the orientation will be on 10/08. I'm looking for a second-hand SUV. I was wondering if anyone would sell or give advice or anyone would help me to find one from the local dealer? Because I don't live in downtown, so it is very inconvenient for me without a car. Please let me know if anyone would help. Thank you.
