What Organize tool did you select?
Organize is the hinge of the GTD CORE model (Capture/Clarify, Organize, Reflect and Engage). It involves developing an "external brain" where you park all of your next actions and projects so you can trust that you will interact with them appropriately and not let things fall through the cracks. Several software tools and apps have been developed as tools to support this Organize function. Which one did you pick? How is it working for you?

Colleen, I don't know if you are aware, but you can log into Trello using your Google account, which is awesome. Plus one of the PowerUps allows you to connect Google Drive to a board, which is cool.
I hear you about Google based tools. I am a huge Chromebook fan/user and love all things Google.
Scott, I did not know that Trello and Google work well together. I am going to check that out. Happy to have found another Chrome/Google fan. The usability is awesome.
Thanks.

I downloaded BrainToss to capture ideas/thoughts and love the ease of use! The voice commands do not transcribe as clearly but the note option is great and I can work on the Voice command in the future. I also set it up for the capture notes to go directly into my email. I downloaded Todoist but now seem stuck about how to integrate BrainToss with Todoist. It seems that I have to forward the BrainToss capture notes that get forwarded to my Gmail email to the Todoist inbox. I am wondering is there a way that they the BrainToss capture notes can just be forwarded directly to the Todoist inbox (since that inbox is linked to the same Gmail email...) I feel like I'm missing an obvious fix here...
I should have shown that step during my demo. The transcription doesn't work well for voice, so I just typically click on the preview link and play the audio...and then type the note into my organize tool. It's possible that Todoist has an email address you can use to receive inputs from BrainToss. I'm just not sure of that since I haven't used Todoist.
