My son (9yrs) and I stay upstairs top level, middle level has the common area/kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, 2 sinks (no garbage disposal), and patio, bottom level is the basement room has a full bath, under stairs storage/closet, another closet, washer and dryer in a connected room. 1 car parking spot in front of town home per tenant. 5 min walk to St. Mary's

I am looking for one more housemate. There are currently 2 females. I have a large room with a large bathroom you would share with one other female. We all share living room, kitchen, laundry room & sunporch. You could walk to the Mayo. but the mayo bus stops in front of the house. I am a working professional woman and the other female is a student.
