Sublease/lease transfer 1 bed apt <10 min walking to Mayo Rochester

I will be leaving my one bedroom apartment in the beginning of December! Rent is $1270/month, with added trash ($10), cable and internet package ($80): $1360
My apartment is located at Riverwalk Apartments, which is a brand new building as of last February and is less than 10 minutes walking to Mayo Clinic Methodist Hospital and the Gonda building. The building is beautiful, and the apartment has luxury finishes- quartz countertops, gas range, dishwasher, built in microwave, and stainless steel range hood. There is a 2-top bar at the end of the kitchen counter for seating, or you can add your own kitchen table. Washer and dryer in unit. The bedroom comfortably fits a king-size bed and has a walk-in closet with built in drawers.
I've loved living in this apartment- the convenience to work is unbeatable, and the staff is the best I have ever worked with for a rental. Our building manager goes above and beyond! In the building, there is a game room (pool, TV for games), as well as an entertainment suite with a full kitchen and fireplace for entertaining guests. 3rd floor rooftop deck with outdoor grilling, fire pit, bar seating, bleacher seats overlooking the Honker's baseball stadium and field, pool (closed for winter season), spa (open as weather permits), and amazing downtown views! Fitness Center included with squat rack, free weights, cable machine, boxing area, treadmills, elliptical, bike, and stair master. Weekly yoga classes for free! Underground heated parking for an extra fee, and free first come-first served bike parking in the garage. Cable, internet, and HEAT are included in rent (perfect for winter months)! The Spectrum cable and internet package is $80 combined, and is added on to rent each month. Pet friendly, up to 2 pets!
Utilities- electric and water/sewer. My monthly electric bill for the last six months has been roughly $40/month; water/sewer is always $10-12/month.

My unit is south facing, so I get all the afternoon sun and it keeps the apartment warm on the cold days 🙂 the layout is open concept living, but the space can easily be separated. Ideally, I would like to transfer my lease to someone else. You can't get my apartment floorpan for this price anymore, so it's a good deal! I will also be looking to sell a sofa chaise <6 months old, 2 bar stools, and potentially some end tables with my move.

If interested, please message me!

The lease runs through May 31, 2020. If you are interested but that length is too long for you, I'd be willing to talk about subleasing the space for a shorter term. I'm just moving in with someone so I will still be in town until the end of the lease. Just hoping to pass off the financial commitment at the very least!

I start a new position @ Mayo on 11/18. I was just up there for pre-employment stuff and was unable to find a place to live. I have an Airbnb. When is your move out date? Also, is there any move-in expense? Can I ask why you are moving out? Is it just that you are moving in w/ someone or were there issues. My number one concern is quiet. # 2 is proximity to the Mayo Bldg where I will be working as a Social Worker. I am from D.C. and will be w/out a car for a while. Is there a grocery store anywhere d'town BTW? I plan on coming up on 11/12 so perhaps we can connect and arrange a mtg time.
