Looking for a Female Roommate/s - Mid/End of July - Rochester, MN

I am looking for a female roommate/s to lease an apartment/townhouse/house with me starting around the mid/end of July. I work at the downtown campus and am looking for housing within walking distance (if possible) or close to the bus line. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outside, hanging out with family/friends, working out, crafting, cooking, and staying involved at my local church. Let me know if you are interested!

Hi lydiacarol. I have a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom duplex near downtown Rochester. It is about 9-10 blocks from Methodist hospital. I recently remodeled it. Let me know if you and/or your roommates are interested. Thanks, Dave

Hi Lydia,
The address is 24 7th Ave NE Rochester, MN 55906. The average is $600/bedroom. So it would be $1200 and $1800 respectively.
