Looking for a Female Roommate/s - Mid/End of July - Rochester, MN

Posted by mjostrowski @mjostrowski, Mar 10, 2020

I am looking for a female roommate/s to lease an apartment/townhouse/house with me starting around the mid/end of July. I work at the downtown campus and am looking for housing within walking distance (if possible) or close to the bus line. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outside, hanging out with family/friends, working out, crafting, cooking, and staying involved at my local church. Let me know if you are interested!

Hello! I'm a nurse at Methodist hoping to move somewhere affordable within walking distance to work in July. I think we have a lot in common, let me know if you are interested.

Hi lydiacarol. I have a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom duplex near downtown Rochester. It is about 9-10 blocks from Methodist hospital. I recently remodeled it. Let me know if you and/or your roommates are interested. Thanks, Dave

Hello, what’s the address of the duplex? What would be the rent for both the 2 and 3 bedroom?
Thanks

Hi Lydia,
The address is 24 7th Ave NE Rochester, MN 55906. The average is $600/bedroom. So it would be $1200 and $1800 respectively.

Hi! I'm also looking for a female roommate(s) starting in mid-July or August. Let me know if you are still looking for roommates!

Hi Kristen! Yes I am! Are you still looking for a roommate?

I've done a decent amount of research on apartments/townhomes in Rochester so let me know if you'd like those resources regardless if we're roommates!

@mjostrowski Hey! I realize this is way past your original post date, but I came across this posting and thought you’d make a fabulous roommate! The outdoors, church involvement, and crafting are some of my favorite things too. Any chance you’re looking for another roommate?

Hi Haley! So I’m living in a townhouse that’s a 15 min walk from mayos downtown campus for $600/month. Im in an upstairs room with another wonderful new grad RN with our own kitchen, bath, bedrooms, etc. I believe there are still some rooms available downstairs though if you’re interested! We wouldn’t be sharing a living space that much but would love to have you in the house! Judging from your bio, we value a lot of the same things! I can put you in contact with the person who rents the rooms out if you’re interested!
