Looking for a room/place for rent

Hello, I moved here from MD a month ago and will be working at Mayo clinic downtown and St. Mary's campus June 1st. I've been looking for a place but with no luck, does anyone have any recommendations? I would prefer my own space since I have my stuff from home but open to renting a decent sized room for a reasonable price.

Hi! I have an apartment suite in my house about 5 minutes from downtown, available after August 1st. I'm renting out the top floor of my house, which I have set up as an apartment suite with a bedroom, sitting room/office, and bathroom, which would be your personal space. Your space comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, sofa, TV, and ample closet space! I would ask that you sign a 12 month lease. I'm a graduate student at the Mayo Clinic studying immunology. How far away is it from Mayo in minutes by foot? Do you walk or drive to school?

The home is about 15-20 MN walk to the clinic.
