Looking for a room/place for rent

Hello, I moved here from MD a month ago and will be working at Mayo clinic downtown and St. Mary's campus June 1st. I've been looking for a place but with no luck, does anyone have any recommendations? I would prefer my own space since I have my stuff from home but open to renting a decent sized room for a reasonable price.

How far away is it from Mayo in minutes by foot? Do you walk or drive to school?

The home is about 15-20 MN walk to the clinic.

I just wanted to know if you still have this room available and how far is it from St. Mary's Campus
