Quiet Bedroom Available for Rent End of July

Hello-
I have a bedroom that will be available towards the end of July. The house will be shared with myself and you. House is located in the Elton Hills neighborhood, 3 blocks from multiple bus lines and 1.2 miles from both St. Mary's campus and downtown. Choice of bedroom upstairs or downstairs.
I work at Mayo, I do not have any pets, enjoy working out, running, cooking, hanging out with friends and being on the water in the summer.
I am open to rent cost discussions.

Hi, Damian. Would you mind sending me the address of the place and some photos? I am a Mayo Clinic graduate student that is potentially interested? My current lease ends end of July and I am trying to determine whether to stay in my current place or to move.
