Looking for a Room or Roommate to Find a Place for mid-August

Hi All!

My name is Natalie and I just accepted a clinical research position at MayoClinic in Rochester and am currently looking for a place to live or a roommate to apartment search with me. I am late 20s, laid-back, clean, non-smoking, love pets (if you have a dog that is excellent), like to bake/cook, and spend time outside. Some complexes that caught my eye when searching were Quarry Ridge Apts, GrandeVille at Cascade Lake, Woodridge Apts, Essex Place, and The Boulders, but I am open to anywhere. My price range is anything less than $800/mo and ideally furnished (or a roomie that would at least have common area furniture as I am moving from the east coast and won't have any furniture).
