I’m a bit confused, I got an email that general orientation is online, and nursing orientation starts at 12, but I haven’t heard anything from my supervisor yet. Is the first in person orientation at 12? Thanks!
The orientation I have on the 17th starts at 8a so I'm not sure if that's the same one then. Where is your orientation at? The 8a one is at the Mayo building.

As it seems, orientation is different depending on which group you’re a part of i.e. which unit you’ll be on. Orientation group A has an in person orientation 7am - 11:30am on Monday, the 17th at the Gonda building. This is the Department of Nursing orientation. In addition there is an online Mayo Clinic orientation that you have 48 hours to complete starting Monday. I received an abundance of emails - cross referenced them - and came up with this schedule. And I believe orientation group B starts at noon on Monday. But shoot a message to your HR rep to clear up any confusion. Hope this helps 🙂

So my schedule says that the Department of Nursing meeting starts at 12pm. My specific unit's orientation starts earlier in the day (8am) though. Your's may be different?

The 12p one is at the Gonda building...how many hours is yours blocked out for?
The orientation that starts at 8a is for 8 hours and ends at 430p.
Who did you get your email from with that information?
I got the email from the operations manager of urology.
