Looking for a room to rent in Rochester starting January 2021

Hi there!

I'm starting at the Mayo Clinic in the New Year as a postdoctoral researcher in medical imaging. I'm a late-twenties woman from Vancouver Island, Canada who enjoys being outdoors, socializing over beer, and cooking/eating delicious food. Might be a bit early but I'm looking for a room to rent starting January 1 or 15 that is close to the Mayo clinic Gonda building since I don't have a car yet. I don't smoke and don't have pets, as much as I love cats and dogs. I'm not super familiar with the average rental prices but budgeting for approx $800/month. If you have a room available and think I would be a perfect fit, please let me know! 🙂

Hi Chelsea. I will have a newly remodeled, furnished one bedroom apartment by the end of this year.It is 2 blocks from a shuttle lot and about 13 blocks from Gonda. I also have a two bedroom apartment that will be available in the same duplex. Dave
